Problem to Think:

Need to construct 11 ohm resistor with box of 4 ohms resistors.

    U gave a problem to solve 2day(1st july)......
    A complex circuit was given and we were supposed to find the power dissipated in each resistor and to find the resistor to be connected in series such that the current gets halved.........

    But, if any new element is connected in series to a circuit,then the current through the new element is also the same as that through the circuit. In that case, how could the current get halved.........

    I dont get it.........
